By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them. The photos show the product faithfully, but the color on screen may differ slightly from the actual color, depending on your device settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and are final: you pay no additional taxes or fees on the product price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The shipping cost is not included in the product price. It is shown separately in the cart and on the Checkout page, together with the total amount to pay, before you place your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The price shown at the moment you place the order applies. A sale price applies while the product is marked as on sale, and the original price is always shown next to it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"porucivanje\">How to order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the product page, choose a color and size and add the product to your cart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the cart, check the products and quantities. You can change or remove them there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Checkout page, enter your first and last name, shipping address, phone number and email address. An account is not required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before placing the order, you see all items, the shipping cost and the total, and you can correct any information you entered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By clicking the order button, you place an order with an obligation to pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right after that, you receive an email confirming the order with all its details. The purchase contract is concluded when you receive that email. Keep it, as it is also your proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is concluded in the Serbian language. We keep the order details, and you have them in the confirmation email and, if you have an account, under My account \u2192 Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site shows the stock for each color and size. If an ordered product is nevertheless unavailable (for example, when two people order the last piece at the same time), we will contact you right away and cancel the order or the affected part at no cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"placanje\">Cash on delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is by cash on delivery only: you pay the courier the order and shipping amount when you receive the package. We never ask for advance payment or card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dostava\">Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver only to addresses in Serbia, by courier. Delivery times, cost and what to do if the package is damaged are described on the page <a href=\"\/en\/dostava-i-povrat\/\">Shipping and returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"odustanak\">Withdrawal from purchase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of the day you receive the package, without giving a reason. The procedure, refund deadlines and costs are described on the page <a href=\"\/en\/dostava-i-povrat\/#odustanak\">Shipping and returns<\/a>, and you can also send your statement using the <a href=\"\/en\/obrazac-za-odustanak\/\">Withdrawal form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reklamacije\">Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that appears within <strong>two years<\/strong> of the day you received the goods. Where and how to file a complaint and how quickly we resolve it is explained on the page <a href=\"\/en\/dostava-i-povrat\/#reklamacije\">Shipping and returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sporovi\">Out-of-court dispute resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we cannot agree on a complaint or another dispute, you can start out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body on the List of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies, kept and published by the ministry responsible for trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Under the Consumer Protection Act, the seller is obliged to take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting this procedure does not affect your right to go to court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nalog\">Account and personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can buy without an account. You open an account with just your email address and set the password via the link sent to that email. Keep your password to yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We process personal data in accordance with the <a href=\"\/en\/privatnost\/\">Privacy policy<\/a>, and we use cookies as described on the page <a href=\"\/en\/kolacici\/\">Cookies<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sadrzaj-sajta\">Site content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photos, texts, logos and other content on the site belong to the seller or are used with the author\u2019s permission. Each order is governed by the terms published at the time it was placed.
