You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the package, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and send it to klaracomfort25@gmail.com (you can simply copy the text into an email) or by post to the seller’s address.
The form is not mandatory: you can also send any other clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase. What happens next and how the money is refunded is explained on the page Shipping and returns.
